Exchanges

Not the right fit or color? No problem.

You may exchange your unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a different size or color.

  • There is no charge for exchanges unless your updated order total falls below $75, in which case a $7.95 shipping fee applies.

  • If you choose to exchange through our online portal, your replacement item will be shipped once we’ve received, verified, and approved your returned item at our warehouse.

  • Please note: only one exchange is permitted per order. Additional exchanges, free return labels, or reapplication of original discounts and promotions will not be offered on any further return of an exchanged item.

Returns

Free Returns & Shipping Protection (Optional at Checkout)

When selected at checkout, this coverage includes:

  • A prepaid return shipping label, and

  • Shipping protection against lost or stolen packages.

If you do not purchase this coverage:

  • A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or American Samoa must cover their own return shipping, as we cannot generate labels for these locations.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns without the original shoe box will incur a $10 restocking fee.

  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside protective shipping packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • You may use our prepaid FedEx label (Contiguous US only), or ship with your own carrier.

  • If you choose your own shipping method, you won’t be charged the $7.00 label fee, but you’ll be responsible for tracking and ensuring the item is returned safely.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after your return is received and approved. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from www.ninetyunion.com. For items purchased through other retailers, please contact them directly.

Promotional Adjustments

  • Buy One Get One (BOGO): If one item from a BOGO offer is returned, the refund will reflect the adjusted discount.

  • Minimum Purchase Required Promotions: If returns bring your order below the qualifying threshold, the discount or gift will be removed. Gifts must be returned to receive a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Visit our online return portal and enter your email address or order number and shipping ZIP code.

  2. Follow the instructions to receive your return label (if applicable).

  3. Pack your item, place the label on the shipping box (not the shoe box), and drop it at a FedEx location.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation and refund.

Product Warranty

Ninety Union products are backed by a 6-month warranty from the purchase date against manufacturer defects under normal wear.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, accidents, neglect, or alterations

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage to the heel tread (which can typically be repaired by a local cobbler)

If your shoes were not purchased directly from www.ninetyunion.com, please contact the original retailer. If they refer you to us, send proof of purchase and photos of the defect to service@ninetyunion.com.
